The ultimate “perfect gift” of God is Jesus Christ Himself, who was sent from heaven. Jesus said in John 6:38,
As we stand out on the playground and fields of St Patrick's School, we see how God has rained his blessings down on us, through the beauty that surrounds us. As we think of those beautiful words 'from tiny acorns mighty oaks grow', we look out on all of the stunning trees surrounding our field and borders, and we reflect on the growth of all children who come through the school, starting as little acorns in nursery, and becoming strong mighty oaks as they come to leave us in year 6 to branch out into secondary schools.
As a school, we all stand together with the strength of God's love, God's peace, and God's power, and pray and give thanks for all those who attend our school, work in our school, and support us from within our community and beautiful church of St Patrick's.
